It’s Spring!!

 

   
    Well, it’s finally Spring. It seems like this has been one of the longest and coldest winters in some time – especially for Eastern North Carolina. We can now turn our attention to warmer weather, longer days, and more time outdoors. April is also tax time and, for many of us, it’s time to get some of our money back from Uncle Sam! Then the question becomes what to do with it.

           

            We all have many uses for this “extra” money, and it’s sometimes hard to decide what to use it for. Many people like to consider getting a new car or truck using the refund money for a good down payment. This is always money well spent because it reduces the amount owed and the monthly payment, while increasing the owner’s equity in the vehicle. This is true for both new and used vehicles.
